Why hire a Photo Booth?
Why not? Wherever we go, whatever the event, our photo booth service is an instant success. Catering for all ages your guests will have hours of fun and get to take home a unique memento they will cherish.
Who operates the Photo Booth?
The guests do. It is very simple to operate with just a simple choice of whether to leave a video message, or print black and white or colour photos.
Are the photos in Black and White or colour?
Both! Your guests get to choose if they want B/W, colour or even leave a video message every time they visit the booth. The visits to the booth are always unlimited.
How long does it take for the photos to print?
The Dye Sublimation printer we use is a high end professional model that prints out in less than 10 seconds. The same printer is used by leading photo processing companies all over the world. Normally by the time the guests have exited the booth, the prints are there waiting for them.
How big is the Photo Booth?
The footprint of the Photo booth itself is approx 8ftx4ft. In addition to this, we ask for the venue to supply a 6ft table for the signing of the memory book and we also bring along a shelving unit to house the prop box supplies.
How far in advance do I need to book for my event?
To avoid disappointment, we always advise as far as possible! We do get quite booked in advance (normally 6-18 months), although if we have availability, we can accommodate within just a few days notice.
How much does hiring a Photo Booth cost?
This can vary depending on your location and what package you require. As we are VERY flexible, we build the package that suits you and your needs and not what someone else wants to sell you.
Is there a charge for travel expenses?
We cover the whole of Central Scotland and delivery is FREE within 30 miles of Falkirk. For an accurate quote for travel to your area, please feel welcome to call 07900 213332 where our advisor will be pleased to assist.
Is there a minimum or maximum size event you cater for?
NO, not at all, as there is no limit to how many photos, video messages or visits to the photo booth your guests can have. With the emphasis on fun, we actively encourage your guests to use the booth as much as possible.
Are the photos the same as the passport type?
Far far superior ! Our photos are taken with a high-end professional DSLR camera.
Does an attendant stay with the photo booth?
Yes, there will always be at least 1 ‘Booth Butler’ permanently on hand to assist your guests.
Will I be able to get extra prints after the event?
Yes, after the event you will get every photo on a CD. Further to this they will be available from our website
How long does it take to set up the Photo Booth?
It takes approx 1 hour to set up with approx the same timing to dismantle. This does vary on how far away from the van and what access is like at your venue.
What is the standard number of hours for renting a Photo Booth?
The vast majority of booking we attend are 3-4 hours long. However we build your package for you and you can book your photo booth for as long as you want.
What size are the photos printed?
The photos are printed 6x4 with either 3 or 4 images per print.
Do you have any suggestions on how to make sure that our guests get as many pics as possible?
Yes. We recommend that you promote the photo Booth within the event to make sure that everyone realizes that we are available and FREE! It can be as easy as an announcement by the DJ or a creative idea is to use small photo frames as favors at each place setting, thereby allowing each guest to take home a truly unique memory.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance ?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance of up to £5 million (most councils now insist on this). We are the preferred suppliers for many high end venues who demand this amount of cover. All our photo booths are PAT tested.
What is included in the Photo Booth prop box?
We have an extensive choice of items for your guests to play with such as Hats, Glasses, Boas, Masks, and Wigs.
